We have just heard your feedback and we apologise for the issue that arose for you. We did correctly book you in a Preferred Club Ocean View room. Had we been contacted we would have most definitely perused the resort to move you immediately. This is of course part of our team service. Sadly we were not aware of the situation. The Resort too did not inform us of your unhappiness on the room type.
If you would like to raise the comments to the resort we are happy to hear your review in writing at Customer.services@sunset.co.uk and we will be happy to send forward for a review.
For now we hope this did not tarnish your experience with Luxury Holidays Direct as we know Juliette did her very best to beat the quote you had chosen from another operator.
