We are disappointed to hear of your experience at the Shangri-La Hotel Dubai. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, and be assured we have forwarded your comments to our supplier who had failed to notify us of any ongoing renovations at the hotel for their immediate investigation.
We have also asked them to investigate why you were not met in the normal manner upon arrival, although it is normal for a party of your size to receive their private transfer by mini-van, unless you had specifically requested to pay for two seperate private vehicles.
Once we have had a reply from our suppliers we will let you know the outcome.
