Our guests can enjoy the possibility of prepaying their gratuities to our dedicated team. These include all services except those by our Driver and Concierge. However, all gratuities remain voluntary, and any appreciation may be extended at the end of the tour. Nevertheless, we have forwarded your thoughts to our Operations department for their review. We are very pleased to learn that you enjoyed the Itinerary for the Spain and Portugal in Style tour. However, we are concerned that the Lunch Stops and wine tasting experience at L'AND Vineyards did not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have passed on your concerns to our Quality Control team for their review.
