While at the end of day 7 our guests bid farewell to their Insight Traveling Concierge; those continuing on the cruise are taken in the special care of the concierge service on-board. Although, we are very pleased that you found the land portion of the tour to be excellent, we are nonetheless disappointed that you did not feel as satisfied with the cruise. Therefore, we have passed these comments on to our Operations team for their review. That said; we really hope that you have still taken some lasting memories away from your experience. 

It pleases us to read that you felt the service provided by the Tour Director was well planned out and considerate. Furthermore, we have raised your suggestion of a contact list to our Operations team to be shared with the Tour Director and help to make our guests experiences even more complete. As well, we can assure you that at Insight Vacations our guests’ well-being is our number one priority, and we truly hope that your sister is feeling in much better health.
