Luxury Gold Reviews

Thank you for travelling with Luxury Gold and for sharing your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the small group size, the range of places visited, and that the itinerary was busy and well structured. It is also good to know that you found the Bullet Train comfortable and appreciated the National Park visit. We are sorry to hear that aspects of the accommodation, food choices and overall value did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding meal variety, quality, pacing of traditional cuisine, and hotel standards have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams for review as part of our ongoing improvements. We also appreciate your feedback on tipping practices. While tipping in Japan is not customary, it is always at guests’ discretion, and we are sorry if this was not clearer in advance. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to travel with us. We hope to welcome you on another journey in the future.
