So sorry that you've not received your yarn yet. Thats frustrating! We've looked into your order and can see that the order was placed on Thursday afternoon - sadly it was just after our deliveries left our warehouse. Your yarn was safely packed and dispatched on Friday but it looks like Royal Mail First Class did not manage to get it to you on Saturday. We've just received your feedback today, Sunday. Apologies for your trouble. We share your disappointment and will look into offering a Guaranteed Next Day service to ensure that with a little extra paid you can be guaranteed next day delivery. Currently 99% of our UK orders arrive next day so we're sorry to disappoint you this time. We'll be in touch directly to see if we can put a smile back on your face.
