How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

So sorry to hear you disappointed with the postal charges. We try and recover all our picking, packing and delivery costs in our delivery charge which is why we charge a flat rate of £2.50 up until an order size of £25 over which delivery is free. Other companies choose to have a minimum order size but we feel its better to let the customer choose to make a small order if they wish - but the delivery costs will of course be larger in proportion as a result for these small orders. We'll be in touch directly to see if we can put a smile back on your face. We work hard to do so for all our customers; but we're sorry to failed in this instance! Happy knitting. Loveknitting team
