How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Customer Services

Looking4Parking UK

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. The rates can potentially be changed and updated every 30 minutes by the individual car parks themselves and not by SkyParkSecure.com as we are the Price Comparison Website and Booking Agent. We did respond to your email with the amendment procedure and should there have been a query regarding the price we would advise to contact our customer service team and we would be happy to advise the best option. Kind Regards The Looking4.com Team
