How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Yifat, We're sorry to hear that we were unable to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Looking4Parking.com are an online booking agent for car parks at airports worldwide, our offices are based in Leeds and we don't own/operate the car parks or provide the services. Your complaint was with the meet and greet service that you used and as we don't provide this service, we are unable to comment on or investigate your complaint. We passed your complaint across to the meet and greet provider as per our complaints procedure who investigated the matter and responded promptly, this response was then passed across to yourself. We can only apologise that you were unhappy with the response received from the car parking company.
