Dear Kate, thanks for your review. Sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service. The number for Parking 10 is on the confirmation email in two different places. We do advise in the terms and conditions that it's vital for the customer to take the confirmation details on the day of travel. Looking4.com compare and book for hundreds of car parking services at airports worldwide, we don't own/operate them or provide the service which is why there are two separate sections on the review form. All of the information provided on our booking confirmations including arrival procedures is supplied by the car parking companies themselves, I have contacted them directly to confirm the procedures. In relation to the delay you experienced, I can see that our Customer Service Team have logged a complaint with the company concerned and we are awaiting a response from them.
