I didn't have any reason to talk to staff so can't judge that. They put an extra bus on (I assume) to deal with the huge queue on return so that was good! This car park is a little awkward to get to...

Was good parking at a great price. Would definitely use this car park again. Quickly dealt with, transferred to airport and picked up to return to car also. Helpful staff.
