How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

A shot in the dark that reached its objective!

The whole procedure was simple: easy to find what I was looking for, on the dates and price I had hoped for. The payment procedure was also trouble-free.

What Kathleen Wiersberg said about London Box Office UK:

Two bookings for shows in the west end. My only one complaint is not having a ticket in hand for the first show. Trying to print two days before is not going to be easy, as we will be in the Strand...
