Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

service is normal,but intrests is very big..

defenetly wont tell any of my friends to use this company,taking not big ammount for 6 months,you need to return double...200%

Thank you for your feedback. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

Not very helpful

The gentleman that served me was ever soo slow, got there at 13.13 for my 13.30 appointment and didnt leave till about 15.10. There was a lady who drove all the way from salisbury and had to go back...
