very dissappointed with the claims department
Not happy with the company. We had been delayed by an airline 26 hours, trying to make a claim and they are finding every possible reason why not to pay out.

Our claims are handled by an independent third party, and we would suggest you contact them or follow the complaints procedure detailed in your policy wording if the issue remains unresolved.
