Thank you for feedback, we are sorry for the misunderstanding at the point of sale on the disposal charge for your old chair. In line with our terms and conditions on all orders we do state that there is a fee for disposal of customers own goods and we hope you will appreciate that there is a considerable cost associated with disposing of old furniture in an environmentally friendly way. Once again we are sorry that you feel mis sold to on the disposal of your old chair but we can assure you we acted within our terms and conditions which were signed at the point of order.
