I have now had the opportunity to investigate the sequence of events and based on the information i have available to me, the situation does not appear to be quite as described.

Incidentally, the review invite you received was designed to capture your comments on the actual purchase of the new policy you had bought, so can you confirm that the rating provided reflects the overall service received at the point of purchase?
