Dear Muhammad, we deeply regret that the paint you received was damaged. Regrettably, we cannot issue a refund since the damage was not reported within the required 48-hour window after delivery. For any future orders, please note that we do accept photographic evidence for refunds and do not require customers to return damaged paint products.
