Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Susan.Sorry to hear that you were not happy with some aspects of your holiday. As Steph has mentioned, as this is the first time we have operated five days catering , we will look at all feedback at the end of the season to see what we can change for next year.
