Staff service good but communication could improve. When we asked for games it took almost a week for them to arrive. Also, perhaps some Sanitary bags?

Good organization of flight and coach and very good hosts in chalet. Food generally good but breakfast could be improved - less pancakes etc. 2 days out of 7 of self catering is not what we go on...
