Hi Michael, thank you for your comments. Just to update you, we have ordered some over-the-door hooks to improve the amount of storage in the bedrooms. We apologise for the problem with the bed - this has now been fixed. We will take your comments into consideration regarding the quantities of food when we review the menu which we do annually. We buy all meat fresh and locally from a butchers but our Chalet Managers will be sure to monitor the quality following your feedback.
