We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Hi Stephen, We review our menu regularly and your comments will be taken into account along with all our customer feedback. We have considered the various options regarding 5 or 6 days catering. Adhesion to French regulations means that the staff have to have two days off per week and to increase the staff levels to provide cover in all our 31 chalets is just not feasible. Many guests have said they prefer the opportunity to eat locally on two nights. Thanks again for taking the time to let us have your comments. Liz
