I'm sorry you had this experience. We've reached out to try and get you a replacement product for the one that appears to be lost by FedEx. We have no control over what happens once a shipment leaves our warehouse. Sadly, mistakes happen with all carriers. FedEx has been BY FAR the best out of all the options with only a handful of missing shipments in a year. I'm so sorry this happened to you and we will be happy to replace the product at no cost to you. Please reply to our message we sent earlier today and we will get this sorted out!
