I am sorry your order took a while to arrive. We do aim to deliver items that are in stock in the UK within 3-5 working days. As we are bringing French fashion to the UK some orders can take up to 7-10 days to arrive. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay. Thank you for your comments. We do aim to get you orders to you within 3-5 days, however you are correct some items do come direct from France so can take longer to get to you. I'm sorry you had trouble collecting you parcel but I hope that when you received them they were great.
