Thank you for your constructive feedback. Our self-catering properties often have limited staff and reception hours to make them more affordable to you. This is one of the reasons why self-catering is often significantly cheaper than hotels. However, staff numbers and reception hours do vary site to site according to demand and customer feedback. Thank you for your honest feedback and your loyalty. We working to keep improving the website, but it is useful to know your current opinion. We are pleased to hear that your requests have been honoured and that the villa was well presented. Your comments regarding check-in and check-out times are also appreciated. The main reason for this is that all the villas need to be inspected and cleaned before the next guests arrive. We hope to be able to improved on this in the future though.
