Disappointing
The apartment was very nice - clean in a good location. The problem occurred on the last day - we paid 40 euros for a end of stay clean - when we got to reception to settle the accounts we were told...

We are very sorry to hear that you have been disappointed by your stay. The end of stay cleaning doesn't include the kitchenette indeed (as stated on the residence description that was sent alongside the voucher).Your feedback regarding the WiFi service are also very helpful, thank you.We are glad to hear you have enjoyed the apartment and location though. Great service.
Lagrange provides a warm and personal service through their small team in London. I found them easy to talk to and my queries were answered. I would definitely be booking with them again.
