Exellent labels, but bad communication and worse delivery - too slow!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We do appreciate it and glad you're happy with your labels. However, I'm disappointed to see you were dissatisfied with our communication. You received an email confirmation at time of purchase, then another notification on dispatch. You emailed us to ask for a specific date of delivery on the 8th of March which we then replied to within 24 hours. Unfortunately, because you had selected our standard delivery this doesn't have a tracking number as standard and therefore we couldn't provide an exact date of delivery for you. Once your order is with Royal Mail it's out with our control. Apologies if this caused any inconvenience and we'll certainly take your comments on board. Please do let us know if we can help you with anything else at all.

I bought the stick on labels. They're great for water bottles, lunch boxes etc but come off clothes after a couple of washes.

Thanks so much for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you've had an issue with the white stick on labels. These are our bestseller for use on garments and have been tested for at least 40 washes at 30 degrees but usually last even longer. Please do contact our friendly customer services team at: sales@labels4kids.com and they can arrange replacements or perhaps an alternative. Great to hear they've been working for you well on your water bottles etc.

Thank you for your quick response. I tend to wash my things hotter than 40, my boys enjoy rolling in mud. I think I will order some click on labels for their clothes. Thanks
Good service. Long manufacturing time but you are warned about it. With the wait for a great product.
