Excellent. Extremely friendly and utterly professional. We made an appointment in advance and that proved very worthwhile given that we had a number of requests to go through.
Vicky was informative, knowledgeable and insightful. Good advice and super friendly manner made us book the holiday there and then, where we had planned just to have a look around!
