We may have part of the answer - having investigated this further we believe you were ordering a pressure cooker gasket - I'm afraid the offer codes do not apply to pressure cooker spares, they apply to all full priced items. I hope that helps but do call us if you want to chat further about it, especially as we're not sure about the review problem you experienced.

Delivery was very quick. Product was disappointing as it was described as a bottle brush I would have expected it to go into the neck of most bottles but is too wide when the bristles get pushed back...

So sorry that you're having problems, which we're surprised to hear about because the silicone usually folds into the smallest opening. We've used the brush in some very narrow necked vases and been impressed at how it squeezes into such a small opening. What is the approximate diameter of the bottle you are wanting to clean?

The neck diameter is 18 mm. The item is a glass decanter with a long neck and only about half of the head of the brush enters before it gets stuck. Ralph Holliday
