Certainly helping me get to sleep after years of insomnia, however have slept in a few times as they have not played the alarm from my phone. My partner also tells me I snore loudly while sleeping...

Thanks for your feedback, great to hear our product is helping with your insomnia. The alarm from your phone should ring through your headphones as well, if you haven't already then please do contact customer support at support@kokoon.io and we'll see if we can help. We can also check if your ANC is performing as expected.

We're working on detailed sleep scoring now, we'll be notifying you as soon as it's live.
