I needed one more ball of yarn in addition to my previous order to complete a circular shawl. Your operator was very helpful and managed to match the dye number for me and the order was despatched...
I knit toys for to support Help for Heroes, as my son is one of the many wounded. As I do not take anything from the monies raised I find your service quick and efficient and reasonably priced

Arrived promptly and so far pleased with the patterns.
My first order arrived the day after the order was placed which was excellent but the delivery of my second order was much slower and I had to wait over a week for delivery.
