Without knowing the size of the paper hand towels that you currently use, as there are many different types and sizes on the market, we cannot be held responsible if they do not fit our dispensers specification, which is exactly the same as the dispenser on the Tork website, but I do notice that they do not specifically recommend a paper towel to fit this dispenser. Our website clearly shows the specification of the dispenser, and we also sent you a free pack of Z fold hand towels which fit the dispenser perfectly. May I suggest that you contact Tork and ask them for the hand towels they recommend to fit this dispesner. With regards to service, your order was received on the 7th May and delivered on the 9th May as per our terms.
