Hi Simon, We are very sorry for that your shorts were not to your liking. Our fabrics are designed to reduce tanlines. We recommend wearing them for at least 2 weeks as the skin requires time to build up melanin levels. Areas li,e the buttocks are notoriously difficult to tan, even sunbathing nude will not get an all over tan until those melanin levels are the same across all areas.
