Hi Sheana, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this and our communications and can see that we have responded to each email you have sent. Your first email was on July 24th at 7.23pm UK time. We responded the next day within 30 mins of opening. On you second email on July 28th at 6.52pm UK we responded within 15 mins of opening the next day and the matter was resolved and you stated you were very happy with our customer service.
