Still haven't recieved my items
Haven't recieved my items, something went wrong with the courier they have been keeping me up dated though. Was coming with one, then said it would be with TNT but haven't recieved either yet

Thank you for your feedback and also for your understand of the unfortunate situation with our courier. Having looked into your replacement order I can see that it is due for delivery with DHL today. Delivery was attempted yesterday but unfortunately, no one was home to sign for the package. If you haven't received any tracking information from them, please drop us an email or call us and we can give this to you.

Kyham goods first class / delivery third class
Kyham excellent, but the delivery company not so good my first delivery was over an hour late from a 2 hour time slot my second delivery was over 2 hours late from a 2 hour time slot, thats over 4...

Whilst our couriers do provide an estimated timeframe for delivery, this is unfortunately only an estimate as unforeseen delays can occur. We will feed this back to our courier though so that they can look to improve on their service.

We can confirm that we emailed you 15/11/19 (before you left your review) and again 20/11/19 with details on the delivery of your order. The email contained information about an unforeseen circumstance with our courier and we have provided you with an ETA. We will arrange for a refund of the 1-2 delivery service which you have paid for.
