Hi Carl Thank you for your feedback, apologies about the drivers getting held up on the day at a previous job, unfortunately this can sometimes happen. We are sorry to hear you felt the packing was rushed, our teams have been thoroughly trained and have been doing this for many years, they also made sure they completed all requests you had. The current guidance is face masks are not required but we do state in our booking confirmation if you would like our drivers to wear them please let your sales advisor know.
