i was disappointed with my order there was no gift packaging and it was very poor

We do offer a presentation box for this item but without the option selected they are packaged well in a cardboard box. We give the customer the option to keep costs low as not everyone wants an expensive box which might just be thrown away. Please see many of our other reviews, this is the first bad review i've ever seen on this very popular pint glass. Many thanks Andy Smith Keep It Personal LTD Director
