We are really sorry you couldn't get through to us. Sometimes things get a bit manic. But if you send an email or leave a message we aim to be in touch with you same day or within 24 hours at the latest. We are surprised you had difficulty working with plastic wood, as we use it to make outdoor furniture on a daily basis. There may be some friction heat that melts the plastic, so use a little WD40 on the blade/bit to prevent this, and keep tools clean and sharp, then it's just like working with wood.
