Good rate. Bait and switch re cancellation policy.
Found a decent rental rate for my Florida trip. One problem - initial car choice says Free Cancellation, drop down details say "Pay at counter, no cancellation required" On my reservation it says...

Why no debit cards?
No explanation as to why debit cards cannot be used, no warning beforehand. I can charge my debt as a credit for a $1000 purchase at any big box store, why not for a $50 car rental? It's 2019 people.
