Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad that you were happy with almost everything. Regarding the quality control issue, I will raise this with the warehouse team so they are aware that one got through the net and I will put a £10 credit on your account which you can use at any time. At the factory in the Far East there is a certain percentage that gets QC checked before packing and we inspect a percentage on arrival in the UK. Overall, this factory has a good QC track record with a very low rate of failure, but not in this case!

Regarding the shipping costs, the slatwall panels that you ordered can only be sent on a pallet carrier and as we we say on our website it is an unavoidable fact that slatwall is expensive and awkward to deliver! To the best of our knowledge our slatwall shipping rates are among the lowest if not the lowest - we check our competitor's rates regularly.
