where is the salesforce?
We received the samples, promptly, but were NEVER contacted by ANY suppliers and we have yet found another product that we like.

Thank you for letting us know. We've looked up your sample request and it looks like it wasn't requested that your information be passed on to a retailer. However, if you used our Find A Retailer tool and filled out that form as well, then you should have been contacted. Thanks for your feedback - we're so sorry to see you never received your samples! We'd be happy to get replacements in the mail for you. It looks like you requested Sundown Oak (HC04), Burlington (LLP110), Boston (LLP111), Merbau (LLP91), and Dover (LLP93) - are these the samples you never received?

On a previous request, you asked for an Art Select Wood brochure and a Residential brochure. Please let us know if you still need either or those as well.
