We usually take customer feedback very seriously but sadly the individual identifying as Niko Cruz defrauded us of over £3000 in goods via a freight forwarding service and when confronted decided we also deserved some negative feedback on top of losing money and goods sent in good faith. If any other retailers have been affected by this individual who also goes by the name niko PHYARXEK and gets items forwarded overseas via Unit 13 Ashford Business Centre166 Feltham Road Ashford TW15 1YQ Please get in touch, we are happy to help and share information with regard to our own proceedings against him.
