Hi there, Order was placed on the 17th December which is 2 days after our stated International shipping cut off, International shipping only resumed on the 4th January when our warehouse returned to full operation. Probably best to read our very informative and straight forward terms and conditions at a time like Xmas which will help manage expectation better. Kindest regards Kapow Toys LTD
