When you send the customer the wrong item, dont hold the correct item hostage until its returned. Correct your mistake immediately and send the customer what you owe them. Anything else says that...

It is our policy to receive the incorrect item back before sending out the correct which is sadly due to previous customers not returning the incorrect items when receiving replacements beforehand, This is not meant as a reflection on you as an individual in the slightest :) We value your custom highly.
