Doesn't do what it says. This was supposed to be a cooling pillow for when my head gets too hot at night but it isn't at all. Lucky for Kally I'm too busy to send it back.

The only thing I can criticize is the fact that it took longer than the two days I was advised it would take to be delivered - actually took 4 days! It wouldn't normally be something that bothered...
