Dear Fiona

Firstly may I apologise for the issues you have experienced.I understand that this was a free trial of a machine and that during the course of the trial your Account Manager kept in contact, whilst in the business and again while he was on annual leave on his honeymoon.

I also understand that his colleague also dealt with any queries if unavailable and indeed myself also through email.Having checked our system, I can see that full credits were issued for any and all drinks received and consumed during the trial period and that the machine has been uplifted and our engineer has re-installed your old machine.

Once again, I can only apologise for any issues you experienced with our business during this free trial period.

I have had correspondence from George, but I still have not received the final Credit note stating our account is cleared. I trust this will be posted out this week if it has not already been sent out. Regards Fiona

Good Morning I was just about to reply to an email which I received this morning at 9.07am with an outstanding balance when at 9.27am through came the credit note, so at long last I am pleased to see that our company has a ZERO balance and no outstanding debts with Kafevend. This has been a long and very trying trial, and it was of no fault of us here it was the lack of communication at Kafevend. However I am now pleased to see then end of this one and all is clear. We had a bad experience but it is not to say lessons learned for the next time Regards Fiona
