I have written to you directly by e-mail addressing the points you raised in detail. Unfortunately, whilst you were in contact with your Just Sicily representative on several occasions whilst on holiday, at no point did you raise any element of dissatisfaction - in fact, your text message on the second day of your stay stated "Palazzo Planeta is very comfortable, thank you."
