Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have had trouble with your issues arriving. I have checked your subscription and can see the issues have been dispatched on time, as you are overseas, delivery times are to be expected but these should still be arriving. I have contacted our distribution department to see if there is anything further we can do to improve this for you. In the meantime I have amended your delivery packaging method. I have extended the subscriptions for you by 4 issues to compensate and added an additional copy onto Science + Nature. Please let me know if you see any improvements in delivery times, however please note, the Royal Mail has been affected by delays due to staffing and strikes.
