We regret to learn about your experience with the Jules Verne representative and his colleague. It’s disappointing to know they were not available to address accommodation issues and seemed to have health concerns that impacted performance. We will address these concerns as we strive for all our representatives to maintain a high standard. While it's great to hear that the hotel staff were super and that you enjoyed the food and location, we apologise for the noise disturbances. We have raised this issue with the hotel management and our internal Product team to make future improvements. We do hope that despite this, you returned home with some fond memories.
