Many thanks for your 4-star review, were really pleased that you enjoyed the tour overall. We are, however, sorry to hear that your British Airways flights were disappointing. As you were booked as part of our group allocation, British Airways automatically assigned the seats although we do try and request our customers to sit together where possible. We hope that despite this, you still managed to return home with many happy memories of your time away.
