I do apologise for this - we do send out emails and text notifications with DPD upon dispatch so I will look in to how this happened. I do apologise for this I can assure you this is not commonplace.

Polyester and viscose is not silk
Disappointed as I had ordered a silk balaclava but was sent a polyester and viscose one. The box has an incorrect sticker on it stating that it is silk. A mistake by the makers Oxford I presume. I...
